As a business owner and blogger, I understand the challenges of running a business.
I know how difficult it can be to implement all the great ideas you have. And I recognize the challenge of creating great content or serving your clients, while also making sure you’re keeping up with social media.
I founded Morningstar Media Services in January 2017 because I wanted to be able to combine my passion for helping others, my obsession with the English language, my knowledge of blogging and online business, and my tech and social media savvy.
Our mission is to help small businesses shine online.
I’m Esther Littlefield, founder of Morningstar Media Services.
I’m passionate about helping people, and I worked in the social work field for 10 years prior to working at home exclusively. Several years ago, I started my own blog, but I didn’t really take it seriously until the end of 2015.
I wanted to use my writing to encourage moms to be able to have more wellness and balance in their lives. So I jumped in head first and learned all I could about improving my blogging, online marketing, and social media.
A bit more about me:
I’ve been a business owner for over 10 years, and I have held leadership positions in business networking organizations such as BNI and Tuesday Forum.
My desire to help others has brought me around the world leading missions trips as well as starting a women’s small group at my local church. And I have a habit of jumping into projects whenever I see a tech or social media need.
I’ve also been able to use my attention to detail and love for strategy to provide support to my husband’s product-based business and as well as my church.
P.S. I’m a complete personality nerd, and I love learning about things such as the Myers-Briggs and Enneagram. For the record, I’m an ISTJ on Myers-Briggs (or 16 Personalities) and a Type 1 on the Enneagram.
MEET THE TEAM
Naomi Figueroa is not only my amazing little sister, but she’s also our Instagram expert. She guides client’s Instagram accounts through strategy and implementation.
Naomi is a writer and photographer who has been active in social media and blogging for more than 5 years. In 2016 she launched Roaming the Americas, a travel blog that helps people plan authentic and responsible travel adventures.
She thrives on learning–whether it’s chasing down her goal of becoming fluent in Spanish, picking up a book about Latin America, or digging into tech and social media tools, she loves finding and sharing the best resources.
She loves going down the hashtag rabbit hole on Instagram to help others find the best way to engage their ideal customers. And when a resource doesn’t exist or it’s overly complicated, she has been known to break down the information for others by creating quick reference guides or organized systems.
Elizabeth Bushnell is a valued friend and team member. She’s an excellent writer, creative thinker, and Pinner extraordinaire. She provides support to our team in a number of ways, handling much of our social media scheduling, research, editing, and copywriting.
Elizabeth is a wife and mom to 2 wonderful children and loves spending Maine summers by the lake with her family.
